Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In 2017, she was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card one year later. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. By the time 2009 ended she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite not having any expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
